Page 1 of 1 After the release of the Streetster Kira in 2002, Sivax returned to the Paris Motorshow in 2004 with the Streetster Xtile. Like the 2002 concept, the Xtile was a collaboration of the company's Yokohama (Japan) and Paris (France) design studios. An inspiration for the Xtile was the world of anime (animated film), which is hugely popular in Japan.
Two of the roadster's most striking features are the double axis doors and the extended center console. Stretching from the dashboard to the rear bulkhead, the centre console gives the driver a real cockpit like experience. aluminium was used throughout the car, both for the frame and many trim details, which works well with the metallic red finish and blue interior of the car.
