The first of two T380s built by Lola, this is the original car sold to Alain de Cadenet, who fielded it is a De Cadenet-Lola. It was the car used to place 3rd at Le Mans in 1976 and it would continue to be raced until 1981. That year it made its final Le Mans appearance in Dorset Racing colours with among others future Lola owner Martin Birrane at the wheel. Sadly a gearbox casing failure ended their race early. The car was initially returned to the Fisons livery used at Le Mans in 1978 but in more recent years, chassis HU1 / LM-1 was acquired by a Swedish enthusiast, who had it completely restored to its 1976 livery. In this guise, it was raced by the owner and Andy Meyrick in the 2012 Le Mans Classic.
