Chassis:
The fifth 365 GTS built, this example was finished in a silver blue with a black interior and delivered to its first owner in Italy. Although it did change hands several times, it remained in Italy until the late-1980s. By that time, it was refinished in red with a black interior. Among the subsequent owners was Swiss collector and dealer Erich Traber, who actually fielded it in the Tour Auto. In 2004, it was acquired by an Argentinean collector, who consigned it to Gooding's 2008 Pebble Beach sale. The successful bidder had the car restored to its original configuration and it has since shown it at various events like the 2011 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este.
