The first of a proposed seven examples due to be built, this Disco Volante Spyder was first shown at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. It made such an impression that during the course of the show, Touring Superleggera managed to sell four of the six remaining cars. Its second appearance came at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este where it won the Design Award for Concept Cars & Prototypes, as voted by public referendum.
