Chassis:
The second to last 911 Carrera RS 3.0 built, this car was originally delivered to Germany. In 1976, it was acquired by a French enthusiast, who fielded it in wide variety of events boasting a striking 'Christine Laure' livery. Guy Frequelin drove the car to class victory in the 1976 Rally Monte Carlo, while it placed sixth overall at Le Mans and was also raced in the Tour de France that year. It competed in many of the same road races and rallies in 1977 and remained competitive through to 1979. Chassis 911 460 9107 remained in France until 2009, when it was sold to Germany where it was comprehensively restored by Freisinger Motorsport. In recent years, it has been successfully fielded by Belgian squad Gipimotor in events like the Tour Auto and Spa Classic.
