Chassis:
This 962C was acquired new by Swiss privateer racer Antoine Salamin. He raced the car for three seasons in the World Sports Prototype Championship. During the 1989 season, it was campaigned in a particularly striking livery. Interestingly, Salamin never raced the car at Le Mans. For the 1990 season, the Swiss gentleman driver switched to a new 962C and chassis 962-131 was not seen contemporary races again. Damaged in its final outing, the car was repaired and restored to its 1989 livery. In 2016, it returned to the track in the hands of a French historic racer.
