Chassis:
Through North American distributor John Mecom this T70 was sold new to American privateer racer Robert 'Bobby' Brown. It was raced by Brown with limited success in several Can-Am races before being shipped to Nassau for the Speed Week. Unfortunately, a cigarette was dropped onto the cover on the car. The ensuing fire damaged the car extensively and it was not rebuilt in period. The remains were eventually sold and eventually made their way to American enthusiast Lilo Zicron. The car was completely rebuilt by Toluca Lake Motorsports in California during the second half of the 2000s. Following several outings in North American historic events, it was sold to a French historic racer in the early 2010s.
