Chassis:
One of the first F1 GTRs, this car was sold to German banker Dr Thomas Bscher, who was one of the original backers of the program. Finished in West colours, it was raced by Bscher and John Nielsen for two seasons. The pairing scored three outright victories and also finished fourth at Le Mans in 1996 with Peter Kox as the third driver. For the 1997 season, Bscher moved on to a Longtail F1 GTR but chassis 03R remained in his collection until 2012. It was then acquired by the current owner; another German collector. He had the car restored and modified for road use by specialists Lanzante Motorsport.
