One of the second generation S7-Rs built by Oreca, this car was assembled specifically for Zakspeed Racing and accordingly features a blue spaceframe. Sacha Bert and Jarek Janis raced the car in the 2006 FIA GT Championship, winning races at Brno and the Hungaroring. Not used in 2007, it was fielded by Belgium's PK Carsport during the following season for Anthony Kumpen and Bert Longin. A further victory was added to the car's tally at the last round of the year in Argentina. For the 2009 season, it was campaigned in the FIA GT Championship by Austrian team Full Speed Racing and driven by Luke Hines and Stephane Lemeret. A sixth at Adria was the best result of the car's final contemporary season.

In 2011, chassis 060R was sold to a German enthusiast. He has since raced the car at track-days and modern GT racing events. During this period, it was equipped with a paddle-shift system that was bolted onto the existing gearbox. The engine was also recently rebuilt and produced well over 600 bhp without the restrictors fitted in period. Freshly restored to its successful 2006 Zakspeed Racing livery, it was consigned to the July 2017 Artcurial Motorcars Monaco auction.
