Chassis:
Sold new to Temple Buell, chassis 4508 was also entered in the 'Caracas carnage' for Masten Gregory and Dale Duncan. In only the second lap of the race, Gregory hit some halebayles and flipped the car. It was repaired but not raced in major events again. Among the subsequent owners was Jim Hall of Chaparral fame. Since the mid-1980s it has been part of the same American collection. It has only rarely been seen since. At one such occasion, the 2008 Cavallino Classic, it is seen racing here.
