Opportunity lost |
henk4 07-15-2009 |
For the past three years Peugeot has been running the RC Spyder Cup. These cars featured the FW drive train, but put behind the driver, thus creating a mid transverse engined vehicle. The body was reminiscent to the Chevron Spiders of 35 years ago. If Peugeot wants to put this car in the market as a sports car, than at least this drive option should be offered. Otherwise the purpose of the RC Cup is also rather questionable. Apparently this option is not going to offered, which I think is losing out on a great opportunity. |
