Hi Elliott, my name is John and I'm the creator of the Classic and Vintage BMW page on Facebook, also on Tumblr. I've been doing some research on the Willi Martini BMWs. I stumbled across your posts here on the ultimate car page forums and thought that maybe you might be able to help me differentiate / identify the various Willi Martini / BMW models that were active back in the day. I'm not sure if this note will reach you so I'll keep this short and wrap it up here. Thanks for your time and consideration. John
Any possibility one of those Martini built 700 engines you posted is for sale? I'd love to put one in the Sport I am restoring. Otherwise, do you have any advice on squeezing some more power out of my stock engine? I'm having one hell of s time finding any performance parts for this build.
