It's illuminated, blurry, going nowhere but apparently met the magic 100,000Kms. Why would we want to guess it? :p

Haha I guess Cameron meant what car is it... :p
But yes your description is pretty much accurate. :)
I reckon it's a Mini Cooper?
That's 66% of its name correct. :)
Mini Cooper S then? :)
Exactly it's my old S. I still get to drive from time to time. :)

How old is the car? I was thinking it was older than that.
Will be 6 years old by February 2011.
Still going strong.
New here, but I still drive a car or two.
My daily driver beeing a '75 Fiat 131 Mirafiori 1600s, and my wifes 2007 Fiat Grande Punto Multijet 75. Also have a '74 Fiat 130, a '73 Super Beetle, as well as a '69 Beetle 1300
The Fiat 130 is a immaculate car in many ways. The gearbox doesn't give the car the right feeling on todays roads, and it have some problems with the carburator, as well as beeing noisy. Still it is a nice roadcar.
The 131 is just fun. It's not a twinn Cam, but reliable. It's nearly "new", as it only have driven 62000 k's. Not much out with it now, as I don't like the salt, but it is my most used ride.
The Fiat Grand Punto is a car I wish all would try. It rides way better then the Brava/Bravo, maybe even the Croma. I have had them all for test some days, and my favourite is the Punto. Our 75 hp diesel ain't a racer, so I really would like to try a more powerful Punto. Still 190Nm at 1700 rpm ain't bad from a 1.3 litre. But it is the handeling I love the most.

Welcome, nice collection, the 130 is a silent favourite of mine, not only the usual copue, but the sedan as well. Pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Post a picture of your name (username, hopefully) on a sheet of paper that is stabbed over the shifter of your car
I don't have a shifter on my car so stabbing the paper on it wasn't possible. I did however place the paper on top of the steering wheel and the paddle shifts made good support to keep the paper still.
I took a pic today from my phone and uploaded it on a site cause I can't upload pics from my iPad. But here it is anyway.

That site spots when you are coming from a forum/website so we wont get to see it.
Best to use the UCP attachment system, found on the "advanced" part of posting.
I've gone back and done it to your post, so everyone can see the effort :) cheers

Holy crap indeed, welcome back!
It's kind of odd to be a member here since 2005, but I do remember Egg Nog.

Have you changed cars and needing to egg-nog yourself ? :) :)

I am currently carless, although I've had maybe six or seven over the years now. I'm in a bit of a rush typing this but I promise I'll come back within the next few days and let you all know what's going on. Haha I kinda miss this place.
Good to see that you guys are still keeping the forums busy, I shall return with an update soon.
blast from the past indeed! no more 944?
sorry guys, havent been active on here. just saw the requests. the audi/gallardo joke is something i have tried explaining for a long time. i have driven the v10 R8 and it is no where near as much fun as the lambo. sure lambo uses audi parts but porsche and vw have a long history of sharing stuff so it isnt anything new. I did have this
e9930.jpg at Free Image Hosting but ended up selling it for the lambo and i do regret it but having driven other ferraris, if i was asked honestly which one i prefer, lambo or ferrari, i wont lie, i am a ferrari fan first. why ferrari? first and most importantly, i never had an issue with the ferrari but the lambo........ :)
the lambo had a larini exhaust fitted and with every scream from the engine, something breaks lol

d5141.jpg at Free Image Hosting
and to top that off, i get a stone chip on the front
6d432.jpg at Free Image Hosting
in terms of driving experience, no doubt the lambo feels and acts like a different car than the audi but in terms of reliability, i dont know. well i did have an aftermarket exhaust on it so thats not fair for me to say its unreliable. the car before the california was a AM DBS and i can tell you that it sucked and had no mods and kept on falling apart on me.
i will post better pics of the lambo though. everything is fixed now so i should get posting when i can cause its gonna be sold in a few months time. 458 on the way.
egg nogg, its so good to see you again man :) hope everything is great with you
Well i don't think the aftermarket exhaust would ruin the rear wing or the glove compartment, so i can understand the frustration, it does lack a bit in the quality department, considering the price you pay for it.

Did you get the 458? I spotted one round my parts a few times now, the thing is absolutely gorgeous!
Thought for sure I'd posted this already but apparently not. My 1962 Porsche 356S Karmann Hardtop hotrod... finished it last November, went
to two car shows taking an award at one, driven 4120 miles since getting it back on the road. Fun, fast, comfortable and handles great.
My new track toy, a first generation Stohr. My maiden voyage is June 3rd. :D
Feff
Very nice. That looks like a blast to drive!
Racing or just track days?
Nice, what engine/box in the Stohr ?
Many readers like me will want to know more ( I'm always on the lookout for something different. Radicals are boring over here :) )
Do your own thread on it please.
Is this thread still going...rules are rules.
Hi Egg Nog

cool, a slightly quicker estate than mine :)
It's a lot of fun in the mountains too.
Lovely stuff! Great to get the groceries fast or a ready meal. No time for it to get cold. :D
Congrats. These cars are huge but very beautiful.
Okay, here you go....
