Well - you all complain when someone reposts a topic that has been done before, then you complain when someone revives an old topic, rather than starting a reposted one.
I'm sure it isn't too much of a burden on your lives anyway.

where is the RX-7 type-R
From his stats I read
Supra
1/4 Mile 13.6 s @ 105 mph
NSX
1/4 Mile 13.7 s @ 106.7 mph
Trying to work out how a car can be going faster at the end of a quater mile but take longer to do the run is making my head hurt, these times MUST have been altered?
Dear god, you lot are some of the most clueless, close minded people I've ever seen! Can't you realize that some cars excel in different areas? On top of that, I don't think you, matheus, would turn down a Skyline if you were handed the keys, no? On top of that, this thread is over 2 years old.

typically a higher trap speed means the car did better at the long end of the track, if the NSX had a higher trap speed most likely due to its betetr aerodynamics and more top end oriented pwoerband. the supra most likely a a better 1/4 mile ET because it has more low end torque and can get a better launch, and concequently a better 60ft time.
Wow, matheus....
If the Supra is the best, then why is the NSX still setting a faster 0-60?
You contradicted yourself...lol, love when people do that. :p

lol its not that tough of a concept (especialy when they are this close). One car might be a beast off the line but at about 3 or 4th it accelerates much lower. Another might be not quite as fast off the line but more consistant through the drag. so in the end it is behind, but moving faster.
DARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrr
EDIT: I wont erase it because... its true... but im DARRRRRRRrrrring my self right now too lol. (i didnt read further)
id like to point out drag racing is for hicks and retards, an nsx will devour a supra or skyline on any track due to its superior balance and lower weight

Why?
Way to be an ass
