Aston Martin V12 Zagato #2
It almost looks like a Ferrari. But Im not sure it should....
Rear 3/4 view is great.
Cantilever roof is interesting for this car.
This car is pure sex. That is all.
I sense a lot of Nissan GT-R in the front guards, and some 458 Italia around the tail lights.
Having said that it's a stunner, if a little nose heavy.
Yep, the nose almost doens't work, i'm not a big fan of the roof either, apart from that, love the lines and details, the air exit behind the front wheel, the rear lights, the rear boot release locks.
Could do without the side windows, and the exaust pans that look awfull.
If the side extractor was half as deep vertically and not so close to wheel opening I'd like that part better.
Rims are nasty.
The rest is okay.
I see lots of Nissan Z car influence in the rear.
Okay I guess.
I think it's ok. I especialy like the back, i think it looks mean.
There is a lot of GTR in this for me for some reason...some of the lines and cut just look straight from GTR....the wheels look VW-ish...(Volkswagen Golf GTI Adidas and Excessive unveiled at Wörthersee 2010 [UPDATE] Autoblog)
The overall presentation look kinda like the Ferrari, might be the orange-ish red.
Its not bad looking though...

haha that is the first thing i thought, but since you already said it, I also think it is beautiful. as long as it keeps that Aston Martin grill and front end shape, i think it will be good. the rear end is different but not in a bad way like the newer back end on the Chevy Cobolt, they should have kept the original tail lights, the back end of the new Cobolt looks like a dodge neon...
I don't quite understand why the rear is angrier than the front, but overall it's not bad.

I'm seeing GT-Rness in it as well.
I like it, if only because it doesn't look like every other Aston out there.
Dat Ass.
Unlike the last Zagato DB7, this one seems to more closely resemble the values of the original DB4GT Zagato (being lightweight, as it is shown on this V12 Zagato, such as that sliding window and the rollcage tubing)
Very much Ferrari at the back. The front is almost the same sexy suave Aston Martin but i just can't get over the rear end. I don't like the fact that there's really no rear bumper. It's like Zagato either said f*ck it, it's already a masterpiece or they just ran out of parts. It really reminds me of the 458 GT2 Le Mans car
I like it.. there's finally an Aston Martin that looks different.
So. Much. Want. I think it looks great. Combining Aston & Ferrari isn't really a bad thing is it? Two of the best looking carmakers ever. The GT-R-ness is all right by me.
I reckon it needs more bulge at the back. The whole front seems a bit... rounded.
I like it a lot. Puts the Superamerica to shame, in my opinion.
This car makes the Superamerica look like a big fat slobering pig...
Obviously it will have a semi auto transmission, I just hope ASton use the dual clutch system used in the SLS Mercedes. Instead of the clunky one that they developed under Ford. Other than that it's a good looking car.
The black rims shown at Villa d'Este on it helped the cars looks a ton IMO.
Looks very GT now.
I guess Zagato has once again shown who's boss. The car might not be perfect, but it's still really cool. I hope Aston will build it.
The show car you see here represents something of a mid-point between the race and road variants that will ensue, packing, for example, street-spec rolling stock but a stripped-out race cockpit. The concept's engine is unchanged from the V12 Vantage road car – Aston says it is gauging public reaction before announcing production plans, but something tells us they've already decided. A full-on racing version is set to take on the Nürburgring 24, but whether this will form the new GT3-spec V12 Vantage announced a month ago remains to be seen.
Is that this year's Nurburgring 24? If so that's going to be one wail of a race, good to see the Ferrari debuted as well.
The list is (with the Aston):
Porsche (always the favorite)
Audi (rivaling Porsche)
Ford (led last yr's race early IIRC)
Ferrari (took forever to develop)
Aston Martin (should be fast if it competes)
I think this race is gonna be better than Le Mans!

It will certainly be a lot more action-packed. That lies in the nature of the track :D.
This is Porsche's home turf, so I'm sure that they will at least finish in a high position. Audi will undoubtably try it's best, but as there are a lot more competitors now (BMW Z4 V8, Merc SLS and a few other cars), they will have a hard time if you remember how well those cars did in their debut races. No, I haven't forgot about the M3 GT2 either.
Aston is kinda the new kid on the block, so I'm not expecting them to win. However, that doesn't mean that they can't win this.
Ferrari... well, I'm not sure. While their results in the ALMS seem to be impressive, they have never done that well in ther Nürburgring 24. Maybe they'll be lucky this time ;).
Only 19 will be built, obviously none will go to the U.S. Why not 190? 40-50 to the U.S. and it will sell quickly, I guarantee it.
It needs a darker shade of green.

It looks a lot like the green of the Italian flag. So together with the red one, it will perhaps be a neat nudge at Italy's 150th anniversary celebrations.
I realy like the wheels.
Umm.. I believe that this year Zagato has made a very good job with this Aston Martin! =D According to me the rear is simply fantastic! =D
However also I've taken some pictures to this car! I hope you like them! =D

That's an Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale, beautiful car, only 18 made I believe. Thanks for the pics. Haven't seen one for sale in about a decade.
