How is the AP situation now where you guys respectively are? Are any of you taking these courses?
As someone taking a whopping 5 at once, it can range from "OMFG, are you kidding me :O" to "Hey, this isn't too bad." It's really a matter of teachers- my government teacher could be a lot better (as refreshing as it is to hear someone admit to not knowing something, hearing them say that to almost everything is a bit disheartening at times) while you could have a friggin' awesome guy like my Calc teacher who knows his stuff and rocks. So...just like college? :)
Some, if not most are total bullshit, though.
While AP tests are pretty expensive the fee waiver could you get a nice sum of $ lopped off.
Last but not least, it's interesting to note that my school actually ranks like 2nd in the nation or world, I can't remember which, at administering AP tests. So, it's not shocking 'round these parts to hear people actually bragging about them and how they take an ungodly sum of them, but we are disproportionately Asian :D.
Somebody crunched the numbers a while back and found that a large percentage took APs.

Yeah, I decided to only take 5 APs this year out of the 7 I could have. Which 5 are you taking?

Yeah, my school forces you to take both tests (US & Comparative). Really sucks considering the teacher is not so good and the only prep book that exists...well..exists only on Amazon.com
AP German? Sounds interesting.

That sucks, but hey AP tests are cheaper than college hours.
Yeah it's interesting, I'm not particularly good at it, so I predict a 2-3. :p

I did the stupid project.
I just did a really bad drawing of a Pescarolo 01 LMP1 fitted to the graph paper so I could get the equations.
And I'm taking Algebra 143 and Statistics 254 next year, anyone know what they're like?

Can you scan it so we can see it?

Not too bad. Algebra is pretty straight forward and stats isn't much harder. May have some calc involved.

When I get it back.
