    Save the MR2

So, my friend Nigel's 85 MR2 just had about $2800 Cdn poured into it for a new manifold, speedo, and other mechanical gizmos and gadgets as well as a powder coated valve cover. He was driving it home from the shop along the highway in fifth when a connector rod broke and the piston destroyed the engine (apperently there were some really cool flames). So he is looking for a new engine. So if anyone knows were to find a relativly cheap engine or has a car/engine they want to donate post it up. Why not help a fellow enthusiast down on his luck. Tips are also welcome to make sure it doesn't happen again.
    Thanks
