HMM it wont let me type in the URL because it says:

Error - cannot find an image at the specified URL. Please make sure that you have entered a valid URL.

You need to download the attachment to your computer bye opening it and clicking right button .. save as

THEN in the User CP click the Browse button and select the file on your computer you just downloaded to.

The url option is if you have a known link on another computer.
