it was causing too many conflicts, and people were subtracting rep fir not liking their avatar etc instead of subtracting rep for bad posts.

i dont. theres not much to say anymore about rep i feel. i dont miss it usualy, though sometimes i miss having another little number under my name with a nice comment about a chop/image/post.
