My 1974 AMC Matador Wagon, only has about 25,000 miles on it. I found it buried up to it's brake drums behind a barn. Apparently the original owner parked it there.....and died. So the poor car sat in the same spot from about 1980 to 2003. About a day's worth of tinkering and it pulled it's self out and onto my trailer. What I found strange....and remarkable at the same time, is that it has absolutely no rust-through or frame rot....or much surface rust either. Just a few spots here and there in the wheel wells. It sports the venerable 258ci L6, "Torque Command" 3spd Automatic, Twin Grip rear(odd for a 6), and currently rolls on H78/14 Bias-Ply white walls.
1967 VW Beetle, been in the family it's entire life. I've been slowly restoring it over the past few years, though work has pushed it off to the side lately. In decent shape as is, this is an old picture so it does look much better now than here. Rebuilt the motor just last year, some minor rust repair, and general matinence. New exhaust went in with the rebuild, it sounds and runs like a porsche now ^^,
My 2002 F-150.....is, well.....and F-150. :P Base work truck model, regular cab, 8' bed, 258 V6, 5spd manual, RWD, Silver/grey with a CB whip antenna and side pipes. :P Honestly.....I don't think I've ever taken a picture of it.....though, it does show up in the one of the matador. Has it's fair share of dings and dents, it was assaulted by a Toyota Tacoma last year.....my bumper suffered a 2x1" ding while the Toyota's bumper fell off.....was kinda funny actually, my truck didn't even move.
