JB is a waste of money....and from his attitude in 04/05 with the Williams/BAR fence sitting he ranks pretty low in my view now....
I just find it surprising he is such a hot commodity....

Being British makes him a hot commodity, Coulthard could have that praise, but he is a tosser.
hmmm, he is an excellent driver for setting up the car for RACE and working with the engineers to improve the car.Originally Posted by Rockefella

Check up on the realtive efforts by Hakinnen and Coulthard in the McLarens. DC spent 3-4 times doign more testing and working with the engineers for a cr for him AND Mika to drive. Mika came along and then tweaked the setups slightly and went fast. it was always wondered how things in the team might have been if Mika was expoected to put in the track time and to develop the car so DC could drive it too.
He was/is(?) a VERY succesful driver in F1. You dont' get that being a "tosser". Now Jason Plato -- THERE is a tosser

Just for you, Matra ... You gotta love the "Clarkson" pose he's got on there ...

Coulthard has the the most wins outside of Schumi on the current roster, granted he's been around, he certainly can win when his equipments are there and has been consistant. And with Red Bull his spirit seems more upbeat as well...
Maybe if Button didn't talk so much people like me wouldn't have the wrong expectation....
