BAR cracks 400 at Mojave

Afew days ago on Motorsport Mundial they announced that BAR honda achieved 413kph (256mph) at Mojave!!!! It looks like they'll do quite well when they finally get to do at on the salt flats

yes, I know. I posted this in that thread a couple of daays ago but nobody noticed. And, nobody ever posted exact results

And it would go even faster if it had some proper body work. I guess the engine was not a GP engine with potential durability of 800 km. Maybe they tweaked it to gain more horsepower.

To qualify for the record the car has to confiorm to F1 rules.
So bodywork and engine are limited.

They should make an engine that only runs for the required three miles or so. For a laugh if nothing else! They've probably got V10s propping open doors at Brackley! I wonder how many horsepowers they'd get? It'd be a spectacular blow up at the end.
