It's a very old pic, first time I have seen it on the internet must be about 8 years ago if I remember right. It's a lovely pic, but I don't know the source of it.

It's definitely real. There's a video of all of those F40's too ... i remember seeing it in a Clarkson video.

I thought I read somewhere that it was like an owners meet in Asia or something. I don't remember though

Marcel Massini on Ferrari Chat has cleared it up with this post:

The meeting was the F40 meeting held by the factory in Fiorano and in and around MUGELLO (Tuscany, near Florence). The date was 11-14 June 1992. Attached is the list of F40s present. 68 cars in total. 67 cars in red and one in black.

If anyone wants the list let me know and I can get it for you or point you to the thread on F-Chat.
