    But you forget that in 2 years time I will sell it.

    It was an original road spec car.
    'only' 260bhp but then uprated to EVO spec and full 650hp.
    The only other difference was that it has carpets
    Everythign else about the car is "rally spec"

    Trying to find cost of sourcing gear sets for different needs ( the gearbox can take ratios covering top speeds from 140mph to over 200 ).

    Part of the process over the next two weeks !!!

    Matra, i watched a 2 hours doco on 80's rally cars and if this thing will hold on to a 650hp audi quatrro then i want a goddam ride in it!

    That was the downside of having this discussion with rally team and mates on the way to Autosport.

    Everyone wanted a shot and everyoen offered to nav
    Kind of had to discount their answers ( but not the points raised !! )

    Hevne why this was initally asked in a non-descript way.

    Just imangine if all I'd asked was "shoudl I get an RS200 ?"

    PS: THE EVO RS200s were faster then the final evolution Quattros !!!!!!

    I'm hoping based on a few convos already that I can sell it for £5K more than I'm at the moment being asked to pay for it !!!!!! Otherwise I woudl have walked away a LONG LONG time ago and avoide all this hassle
