I'm on the Atari Boards, UK and US. 1 of the developers is on many times and let's us know.

Mattlab, an Atari employee also put a Sticky up confirming a new demo will be released by August.

A bit disappointed by the Opel choosen. At first I thought, "aha it must either the Speedster Turbo or one of the OPC variants". But no we may do with a girly convertible and I'm sure it'll be with the 70bhp diesel...

Atari also announced plans to release TDU for just $39.95 in the US - the same price as Rockstar Games' budget-style Table Tennis.

Whether that means we can expect the game to cost less here is another matter though, apparently - an Atari rep, having pointed out that the US and Europe are "different markets", told us to expect an announcement soon.

Still, with Atari boss Bruno Bonnell claiming, "Innovation should be available to everyone, not a privilege for those can afford high price tags," we'll be expecting a low-low price.

We may still get the lower price...

Well I say 49.99, but if you pre-order the game etc then you can get it for 39.99. But still if you don't then that is how much it is.

It will only stay at that price for a few weeks until they realise how dumb they are in thinking people will pay that price and they will bring the price down.
