Hehe, nice car! My uncle has a cinquecento just like it! Except it sits under the carport collecting dust. I can barely fit into the thing, my legs are too long.

Thanks! You should claim your uncle's if he's not using it - they're great little machines, and an excellent introduction to maintaining your own car because the design is so simple. Not that I'm in to all that, but I know they're great for it ...

    I now have a 2005 BMW 330Ci Convertible.

I'll get more shots of the car tomorrow, but here's my proof for now.

Excellent! Congratulations on you goos taste. Not a car that I would choose to have with an automatic or semi-automatic shift, but anyway, it's a great car.

No. It's an Abarth 1000 TC, based on the Fiat 600: http://www.ultimatecarpage.com/forum...841#post412841
The Abarth based on the 500 is the 595 or 695 SS: http://www.ultimatecarpage.com/forum...655#post413655

    Ahhh, yes. Nice!

The 600s fetch more money than the 500s, so I guess the same is true of their Abarth brethren. Less of them about these days. I've never seen the 1000 TC before.

    Cheers!

It may be true over there. But here in Portugal the 600 is much more common than the 500 and then, cheaper (My father once had a 600 with nice Abarth bits. )
On the Abarth the case is a bit different. A real Abarth 1000TC is more expensive than the 595 or 695. I love both the same way.
I have seen many Abarth 1000TC because there are some of them racing here in Portugal. But only one of them is an original Abarth. All others were made from old 600's.

I have uploaded 4 new pics of the original Abarth 1000 TC here: http://www.ultimatecarpage.com/forum...841#post412841

We can now discuss it there and stop with this indecent "off-topic".

Well, the auto is mostly for my sister as we're deciding on whether not to sell the M, which we probably will now that we have this.

    More pics to come soon.

Wich "M" do you have? You should never sell an M, whatever that is.

    We've got a '98 M3 Coupe.
Sister never drove it, David has his own car, and I have the VR4.
The M just sits alone in the garage nowadays until I feel like driving it.

Fair enough! If it was mine, I'd feel like driving it often enough to keep it.
It's always a shame to sell such a beauty. But the money is yours, and it's pretty understandable.
