If you are asking for help, you haven't told us what aspect of "browsing the page" you are having difficulty with, so it is going to be a bit difficult to assist you.

You're asking how to browse a website?
Similar concept to having your way with someone- point and shoot.
Click on a certain section, then browse the threads. Find one you like, click on it, and read through it. This is a very important stage that many people neglect.
If you have something to say, go to the Quick Reply box at the bottom of the page and type your response.
