    the pioneer would be my choice, i've owned 2 myself, and know at least 10 other people with pioneer decks

    they never break, they look the best imo, and definetely the best quality

    Is there anything wrong with the kenwood? cause thats the cheapest one there and that counts for alot with my mum..

    My mum had a Kenwood MiniDisc player in her car for... about 6 years, and it never ever broke, and was easy to use (for the technogeek, at least).

    My friend also had the CD version. Totally reliable.

    I love the way you can shape the sound with the EQ-very prominent.

    I would go with Sony, I love the way mine sounds and haven't had a problem with it. Plus all of the Sony products I've owned, TVs, home theaters and so on have been nothing but reliable.

    either Sony or pioneer they are the best ones... they may be a bit more but its worth it in the long run.

    We got the Pioneer DEH-3850. Its great.
