So I started rebuilding my MG BGT motor after concluding that the bearings were knocking. I'm doing it with someone who knows a little better than me how to do it by the way. Once we had it torn down, I realized the bearings were just fine, but the head gasket had blown b/t 1 and 2. Anyway, here's some pics. I'm going with a .060 bore and a street cam. Just a small change, really, shouldn't make a huge performance gain but the cam should improve things and move the redline out a bit.
