neither of them tickle my fancy, ugly concepts are all the rage these days
Andreas Preuninger, Manager of Porsche High Performance Cars: "Grandmas can use paddles. They aren't challenging."
Is this just based on exterior design? If so, then the Lexus; I think it will break more ground for a production car. But honestly, I'd like to see what the finalized drivetrain and suspension packages produce. Then I'd like to read some reviews. I'm just afraid that the Lexus is going to come out all soft and lame.
I think there both ugly as all get out.

yeah they aren't that great. the acura looks really long and the front is weird. lexus c pillar looks strange, that vent. but the rear of the acura is kinda nice except for the rear windshield. wit the lexus, only a Ferrari F40 should have 3 pipes!
Gone:
09 Ducati Monster 696
09 Audi Q5 3.2
03 Infiniti G35 Sedan
07 Honda Civic Coupe LX 5spd
Current:
10 BMW 335d
12 Audi Q5 2.0t
10 VW Jetta TDI
11 Ducati Monster 796
That's the problem with Jap manufacturers that had no family look, no resemblance to refer in whatsoever, and despite their relatively long establish timelines, they did not care to build up enough heritage in their looks

acura and honda are going for edgy sharp look with slits for headlamps look
lexus and toyota have bloated semi smooth look with funny headlights
nissan and infiniti just have funny grills and similar interior
Out of what you provided, I'd say the lexus. It looks better imo.

ATHEIST and damn proud of it.
The 2007 Lexus LF-A concept's roof line reminds me of the Z roofline, so that one.
Actually, the front says mazda, the side says Z and the rear says something else.
The acura to me has a hint of acura with alot of chevy

You can call me scott.
I will point out that certain European/American companies (Such as Jaguar and Ford.) are now so stuck in their established design language that they cannot seem to find anything new to draw. At least these are forward thinking concepts. I can't help thinking that the same people who don't like these cars are the same people who think that Chris Bangle "ruined" BMW. Another company that had somewhat lost it’s drive to innovate until he came along, and has again now that he’s been chased out. There's more to design than heritage.Originally Posted by Ingolstadt
Both will have V10 power.
The Honda has a longer wheelbase by 7 inches, it is also about that much longer than the Toyota.
I prefer the LF-A.

Then definately the LF. Smaller, RWD. I just hope they make a true manual, all the interior shots I've seen and all the info I can find seem to point to an auto...alas.Originally Posted by PerfAdv
I really love the 2007 Acura ASSC concept. I think the curves and lines are beautiful, the shape of the lights and windows are eye catching... the futuristic element of the concepts design is amazing as well. Overall, the whole concept looks sensational.
I hope Honda/Acura keep this concept design as a future reference for their future car designs.

The Honda is ok, not offensive. The Toyota is plain ugly.
Lack of charisma can be fatal.
Visca Catalunya!
in fact if u look closer, the acura is supposed to be the next gen of NSX!!!Originally Posted by Ingolstadt
which i think this F-AWD concept shown is not as preferable as the MR concept (HONDA HSC) shown in the 2003 tokyo motor show, except the V10
