    ferrari 550 convertible conversion

    a ferrari 550 convertible conversion done by richard straman in the us. richard straman is known for doing convertible conversion. he also done a ferrari 456 convertible.

    looks good but i think i would still go for the Hard top version

    I don't really like it. I'd prefer the original 550 convertible: the 550 Barchetta (an exclusive model) cause this one looks a little messed up.

    Why wouldnt you just by the Barchetta? I mean I know there was only 448 made but he could probably get one. And do you have any pics of the 456 cab.?

    Hey boys, here in Italy two weeks ago came back the photos of the new 575 SuperAmerica.
    It will be presented in a definitive way in Detroit on January.
    They will produce only few car with that new system.

    Great pictures...thanks for posting them! I believe that is the 550 I chopped while working for R. Straman in NB back in 1998-1999. I also worked on a white Testarossa while I was there among other cars. I wish I would have taken some pictures of the work in progress. It still had the MSRP sticker on the side window when I took the SawZall to it. I simply couldn't believe what I was doing!
