    10. What is the best place achieved by Paul Radisich in the Bathurst 1000, and how many times has he achieved this place?

Answer is indeed two. Radisich finished second in 1990 and 2000. Both were in Dick Johnson Racing Cars.

    Bathurst 1000
    6. Name all the drivers NOT born in Australia who have won the Bathurst 1000? By my calculations there are 12 drivers who weren't born in Australia who have won the Bathurst 1000. They comprise 1 Finn, 1 Belgian, 1 Canadian, 1 German, 1 Swede, 1 Czech, 3 British and 3 Kiwi drivers.

Seems no one can get this one. Answer is:
    Rauno Aaltonen - Finland (1966)
    Allan Moffat - Canada (1970, 71, 73 & 77)
    John Fitzpatrick - UK (1976)
    Jacky Ickx - Belgium (1977)
    Jim Richards - NZ (1978, 79, 80, 91, 92, 98 and 2002)
    Armine Hahne - Germany (1985)
    Tomas Mezera - Czech (1988)
    Win Percy - UK (1990)
    Russell Ingall - UK (1995, 97)
    Greg Murphy - NZ (1996, 99, 03)
    Rickard Rydell - Sweden (1998)
    Steven Richards - NZ (1998, 99)

    Answers to Picture Quiz 1 - 1985 Bathurst 1000, Robbie Francevic/John Bowe - Volvo 240T, Alan Grice/Warren Cullen - Holden Commodore, Dick Johnson/Larry Perkins - Ford Mustang.

    Picture Quiz 2 - 1986 Nissan Mobil 500, Wellington, NZ. Andy Rouse/David Oxton - Ford Sierra XR4Ti, Robbie Francevic/Thomas Lindstrom - Volvo 240T

Picture Quiz 4 - yes IB4R - it was a Mustang GT - drivers were Bruce & Wayne Anderson.

No takers for the latest 20 questions? I'm surprised. I'll give a few tips.
Question 2 is a French manufacturer.
Question 3 - the driver is British.
Question 5 - he went on to win the World Championship 4 times.
Question 6 - one of the driver's sons is an ex World Champion
Question 9 - the manufacturer is Italian
Question 12 - the manufacturer was French. One of UCP's moderators is a fan of the marque.
Question 17 - the manufacturer was German
Question 20 - the manufacturer was Japanese.

You guys must know some of the answers.

    10. Which year did Porsche win its first Le Mans 24 hour race?
    Answer: Porsche.

Henk, you are partially correct on the following:
Question 4: you have the driver and team correct.
Question 6: you are missing one of the four drivers. Pironi, Villenueve and Tambay are correct.
Question 8: One of them is correct. Can you tell me which one? Jack Brabham drove for the team if that helps.
Question 11: Dickie Attwood is correct. The other driver was German.
Question 12: correct on the manufacturer. One of the drivers was British, one French.
For questions 14 & 17, no cigar with Mercedes or BMW unfortunately.

    Anyway, well done Henk.

As you can tell, touring cars are my strong suit, followed by F1. But I thought I'd do a bit of research and put in some Sports Car Racing questions this time.

    Q 8 is Cooper then,
Atwood may have driven with Kurt Ahrens
Was Andretti 77? (I always mix up the years with the Lotus type numbers, he may have driven the 79).
If Alpine was the first winner, than the year (Q1) was 1970 (I think)
Derek Bell may have been in the Matra, may be with Jabouille then

    A few years too early.

Not unless my Autosport source is wrong. The British driver was a former double F1 world champion. The other driver's sirname starts with "P".
