Go to "Manage Attachements" in the bottom of your message editor and post your pic as big as it is, or if you prefer to keep it inline, make it 800x600, the biggest size allowed.

Just press the "Print Screen" button, go to ms paint and click on "paste" or press at the same time "control" and "v", and there it is
