The grill in the front should not be cover by carbon fibre and try to make the CF more smaller it size. While in that case, Distort the CF giving it that twirl effect. 1 more thing, The mirror looks kind of wrong. You see the bottom part of the mirror, It doesn't have CF on it. everything else looks ok except for the other mirror which you forgot.
it's a good kind of cartoony thing, but if you're going for realism, it isn't great.

lol yeh use Chinky boi's, his is much better.
damn chinky boi thats a good one. man i have tried lots of times and i never can get it that way. would you mind giving me the steps to do it exactly like that, man if its not too much trouble
Well for me. It's kind of a long process
First you select the hood and copy and paste it to a new layer
then you desaturate it in the adjustments option
next thing you do is create a new picture and keep it blank Prefer size of 2500x2500
fill it white and then go to edit>fill and fill in the carbon fibre pattern.
Then resize it to 500-1000 depending on your picture size.
then go and and distort>twirl and make it about 50-75%.
then ctrl and select the hood and then press select inverse and then press delete and all you have now is to tweak around with the brightness.
don't forget to delete some of the parts that aren't the hood(badge, grill ETC.)
I am sure alot of people have different ways but this is my way.
if you need more help. PM me
hey why do i keep getting lines lke this
thats getting better
heres wut u need to do.
after u deleted da left overs from da big cf piece
while its still highlighted da hood, lower da opacity to around 85% -ish and change it to multiply. lower da brightness, u might have to change a lil of contrast too. taht will darken ur cf and look much better.
Firstly and once you have the peice of CF on your picture you want. Go to filter>distort>twirl. and select the 50-75%
But it is just the size problem. It seems too big.
