when do i become a regular member?

i would like to know some things about UCP.
first, when do i become anything else than a new member??? and what other "promotions" are there?
second, is there some kind of precedure to follow to put "ucp's most hardore fan of X" in my sig, i dont want to offend anyone bu taking somebody else's sig ( i want to be UCP's biggest porsche Fan)
and last but not the least,who are the people that are in charge of runing UCP and getting all this data and manage the site?

most hardcore fan? well as long as sumone else doesnt have the same i guess it will work. ( aww.. i want to be most hardcore SLR fan, but Mclaren took it, lol )
