    I think it's safe to say Milwaukee is the rice capital of the world. This morning I saw a vintage MKII Escort with a mismatching veilside kit coloured yellow (the car was red)m eyelids, 15" plastic spinners, and cardboard sidke skirts. There is no list of top 10 ricers in Milwaukee, it's basically whatever they can get their hands on.

    toyota celica by far. i saw this one.......omg it looked like a le mans racer, but had the WEAKEST SOUNDING ENGINE ive EVER heard. he mustve done something to it that just didnt work.

    didnt sound normal tho......the normal 1.8 toyota uses in those things sound stronger then that piece of crap i saw! (i love it when ricing goes badly wrong)

    I saw a riced out RX-7 today. It was 1st gen and it was completely stock except for a big wing and a cheap looking bodykit.
