OK, here we go. I just picked up the new demo of GT4 yesterday and it looks great, it only has 5 cars and 3 tracks, but among them is the Nurbugring and one of the tracks from Paris. There will be tracks from Hong Kong, Soel, NY, Tokyo, Seatle, Paris, and even a Las Vegas dragstrip running down the main road with all the casino lights. Real circuits include Nurburgring Nordschleife, Laguna Seca, Tsukuba, Fuji Speedway, Infineon Raceway, TwinRing Motegi, Suzuka and more that arent listed. There are at least 7 different Rallye tracks including at least one set on the snow. there are 50 DIFFERENT courses confirmed and probably more, this figure does not take into acount reverse tracks.
The cars. Almost 600 are listed in this preview magazine, however I cant read Japanese so I'm not sure about anything. I can tell you some of the cars that will make it and man is it diverse. Even the new BMW 2005 3 Serries is in the game. Cars are divided into 7 classes as follows: Latest Cars, Concept Cars, Memorable cars, Racing Cars, Historic Cars, Street Racers, and Unique Cars. This huge list of cars will feature rides from Japan, Korea, USA, Germany, Sweden, Britain, France, Italy, Australia, and Tuner Cars from all around the world. There are cars as old as 1886 and as new as 2022 (hope that didnt give something away )
If you have played GT4 prologue, you are in for a surprize. The HUD is totally different and the graphics are even better then you have seen.
All in all, this game looks to be a masterpiece. I really feel sorry for all the fans back in North American who have to wait the extra 2 months to play, its gonna be gold.
