The Corrado G60 was supercharged and ha about 160bhp. In europe, depreciation made it a ricer's car.The Audi had several engines. Better os all the Turbo Quattro. The others were kind of slow...

I believe that regular members can add polls as well, just click where it says "thread tools" and try.... If not I'll do it for you.

Corrado is nothing more than a Golf G60 in a coupe shape. Bad construction made it one of the most fast depreciating VW's. Nice lines though.

The Corrado I'd definitely pick- looks much nicer, and according to several magazines had one of the best front-drive chassis' around. It's a classic here.

The colerado isnt a harsh on the eye, but the audi is clever for its time. I think i'd pick the colorado

it seems u guys dont know that much about those cars...

first off u did put a picture of a generation earlier audi coupe, u picked the 1987-1991 model, the corrado was made 1989-1995, so I think its better to show the pic of the 1991-1995 coupe.
Also not all non turbo coupe's are slow, the 1989-1991 coupe quattro 20v isnt exactly slow if u ask me as I own an audi 90 which is pretty much the same just that I have 2 more doors. it does 0-80 km/h in 5,5 sec 0-100 in 8,4 secs and top speed of 220 km/h I agree the other ones arent that fast from that generation.

I'll put up some specs of the 1991-1995 versions

    Audi coupe quattro 2,6E
    150 hp/ 230 NM
    0-100km/h in 9,3 secs
    topspeed 214km/h

    Audi coupe quattro 2,8E
    174 hp/ 245 NM
    0-100 km/h 8,2 secs
    topspeed 221 km/h

    Audi coupe S2
    230 hp/ 350 NM
    0-100 km/h 5,9 secs
    topspeed 250 km/h

    Corrado's

    Corrado G60
    160 hp
    0-100 km/h 8,3 secs
    topspeed 225 km/h

    Corrado VR6
    190 hp
    0-100 in 6,9 secs
    topspeed 235 km/h

So the corrado's are a tip faster in general exept for the S2 that eats all of these, but corrado's are lighter too. I'd go for a coupe quattro, corrado's are front wheel drive, and good luck finding one that still works like it should or isnt all riced up.

audi coupe quattro....awd is tits, although the corrado is solid. Dunno, Vw just seems like a "baby" audi to me now...

I agree, there is no comparison between the audi Ur-quattro of 83-92 and the corrado. the coupe quattro ran from 90 or 91-92 here....it was a good car but not spectacular...again, the awd and 5cyl are pretty much the only reason to buy it...but it's enough for me.
    And Iraaaaaaaaaaaan

    Iran's so far awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay...
