Well it turned out nicely in B&W, so good choice. I'm interested to see some other shots, particularily the film ones, if you get a chance to get them online.
(I have a small obsession with mountains and mountainous areas)

i was waiting on a moment, but the moment never came. all the billion other moments, were just slipping all away. i must have been tripping, we're just slipping all away. just ego tripping.
If it had more contrast and wasnt as dark it would somehwat remind me of what might be ansel adam's worst picture ever. But the subject matter is what makes it Ansel Adams-esque.
Bollocks. Just exaggerate the hills a couple thousand of feet and it's an Ansel Adams.

and in ansel's day, skiing was not as prominant, so there would be no tracks on that far hill (those are two seperate ones not one person's two skis) and that "side" area where snow has been kicked up onto the side of the run would not be there.
Just because it has a ski slope doesn't mean it can't be compared to an Ansel. I wouldn't say someone's black and white of New York city isn't compareable to a Margaret Bourke White just because there are newer buildings in the picture. You're being far too modest.

Who is Margaret Bourke? I feel like I should know, but I don't.
