Picture 2 shows the Dodge Lancer Celeste, a badge engineered version for the US market of the original Mitsubishi version. Mitsubishi formed an alliance with Chrysler Corporation as a way of entering the US market before trying with Mitsubishi-badged cars in the early 80's (the Cordia, Tredia and Starion).
