    So, this act concerns cars which are not adjusted to Euro-II. While importing you will need to sertificate the car, if it's not in a special register...
    Privates can't import a car from the abroad just for some time (say, to ride at the evening) - they need to buy it, but for classics it won't work, because of these idiotic restrictions.

    Just bring it into the country as a visiting car (like those in this run) and keep it registered elsewhere. They are many ways to do this, and often with major tax advantages.
