As a soldier aren't told shit. You're not taught to think, you're taught to obey your superiors. At least that's how it was in Eastern Bloc countries but i doubt it's too different where you are.
i was not just a soldier my friend, lets just say i can shoot between your eyes
10 miles away.you know what,,, i am not going to waste my time...good luck!
News keeps you informed, it's just biased though. You have to find the middle ground and I personally believe BBC world is decent. It's the middle point between al-Jazeera and Fox News (which is absolute shit, I'm surprised what they do is legal).
I truly feel sorry for you...

When you analyze the reporting figures, Fox News is a lot more "legal" than CNN and MSNBC.

Am I reading that wrong or does that just show that FoxNews has the best Republican viewer ratings?

Classic abuse of polls and statistics :)
Nothing with legitimacy, only opinion match ... truth is well distant !!

How the CRAP did an argument about two foreign powers fighting over a breakaway province descend into yet another Fox News/Fleet500 Vs UCP thread.

Soviet, not Russian. Both Russia and Georgia were parts of a Soviet Union.

Yeah i say we stay out of this one.
Im no fan of Russia (although i am a huge putin fan) but looking at it objectively Georgia was in the wrong on this one...they poked the bear and they got the claws.

Also, id like to note that this pretty much seems to be a full scale war not an little dispute or anything. I just read that the Russians on their way to the capitol of georgia and aren't holding much back.
