What's the price difference between the 2004 C5 Vette and the 2005 C6 Vette? Is it a lot still right now?

A C5 goes for about 30-50k, and a new C6 is about 50K.

A 2005 C6 still goes for 50k? There should be at least a little bit of a discount, shouldn't there?

eh, (shrugs) some still feel that Corvettes are exempt from depreciation and I also tossed in convertibles.
Nice, are you going with the hardtop or the convertible? Pictures would be nice too, as henk said. :)
Oh, God! It was a hard decision but I'm definately going with the hardtop.

The seller didn't really cut me any slack but he want 35K. He said he'll let it go for 31K, though. Not much of a discount, right.
Thanks henk4, charged, fisetdavid26 and all the supporting members of ultimatecarpage. I'll get you guys some pictures ASAP.

Cool, I prefer the hardtop. :)
$31,000 is used Z06 territory. This car must be low mile/incredibly clean.
Pics!
Yeah, it has 54K miles. I don't know if that's good or bad considering it will be my first corvette ever. But the car is very clean on the inside. This is the second one he offered. It has only 17K miles. Should i check for anything else on the car? Here are some pictures I had the dealer take.
54k is high miles for an 05. Do you know if it was mostly highway? I'd have to assume it is, since that's 26,000 miles a year. As long as he has records for it, I say go for it.
You, know. I never thought about that. I take it that there is a big difference between highway and and in town miles. I'll be sure to ask about that info.
You may want to go over to corvetteforum.com and see if anyone has any information on any car you want to buy. Some times it can be helpful and other times you will have no luck. Can't wait to see pictures.

I just came across this
