We maintained power in my house, while others in my immediate neighbourhood lost it. In the city proper of 2.5 million, at one point as many or more than 250k were without power, and it could be until Christmas till they get it back.
The 3 and TL were frozen over but our family was proactive so our cars and driveway were icefree.
