This car looks CLS-ee.
I think they're CG. I prefer the one on the left.
They ARE CG. I also prefer the one on the left.
These are two different pictures of the 2008 C Class. Does these look like real photos or computer generated pictures. Which one is correct and which one do you guys think is a better design.
yeah not bad... I think the 1st pic is the best
The rear-wheel-drive sedan will be the first powered with KDI EVT (electronic valve train without camshaft, supercharged, direct-injection) engines.
That's the most interesting part.
do you think those body panels will make it to production?
this is stupid! its not even a car yet. a few black sheets of metal and 4 wheels. there is no design or anything to distinguish it properly. you cant even begin to discuss wot itll look like untill mercedes releases the pictures
i am refering to the original pics posted in this thread, i didnt get to the new ones posted just above.
Mercedes is catching up to BMW as far as style and now technology...The new S-Class will have a similiar sytem to the IDrive, also with a active cruise control with a tv screen in dash next to steering wheel. (will now have two screens). Brakes and steering also upgraded tech.front lights adaptive with infa. red. Good to see they caught on. I currently drive a BMW 545I and love it. Although I have owed a Mercedes and plan on owning another in the near future. (source) DaimlerChrysler.com

they better don't catch up with BMW's style.. i hate all Bangle cars with passion.... and the iDrive is known to be the worst system ever created, unless they make GREAT GREAT improvement in new cars, so i REALLY don't want MB to follow this....
although the new S-class have both the 7-series rear and a similar to iDrive system.. sigh! feel so sad for the car..
isn't Mercedes the one who usually come up with new technologies on their car first? iirc mercedes came out with the active cruise control first, also drive-by-wire.. so i'm not sure if mercedes is "catching up"
Will AMG fit their 510hp V8 6.3 in the C-class?
That engine should be same size and weight as the engine currently fitted in C55 AMG.
510hp in a 3500lbs 4 door sedan? Woow!!!!
6speed already posted pics of the new C-Class... it bears an amazing resemblance to the new S-Class.
