Thanks for that nice insight, Sam! ;)
true... Whate engine has the Focus SVT got?
2.0 4-cyl, from the ST170.
Google > my post count > ??? > farts > you.
ah, I was thinking that or the Volvo 2.5T.
ah, I was thinking that or the Volvo 2.5T.
isn't that in the XR5 not the focus st170?
Dunno, gets confusing with all the different names they give them around the world.
Not really, if you just use Google...
The 2.5T has only come in since the new Focus ST. And as the American Focus is kind of on hold, I don't think we'll be seeing the 2.5T in one for a while.
Don't forget about the crate-engined RWD Focus they did. That would be an awesome machine for a B-road blast...
Great car... except that it has been ruined by "American aesthetical enhancements". I'm sure you'll enjoy it. :)
Euro spec bumpers.
Exactly.
But the yanks have to have bigger bumpers don't they? Stricter rules.

They had, but not anymore. At least BMW's and the likes have the same bumpers as European versions, except fro the driving lights.
Ah yes, just seen Audi USA's site, they just have orange bits in them.
Compare that to a US spec Fiat X1 or whatever...
They're called 'reflectors'. They're a federal law in some/all states, brought in the late '60s, early '70s.
How come you have front plates but your Dad's Dodge and MP's Dad's Audi don't, Quiggs does, Rocke did and in Florida I know that our hire Cobalt only had a rear. Does the liscence plate law vary from State to State and your plates act as your tax disc don't they? Do the letter/numbers change each time you get a new one?
