Oh, snap! :p
Biologically, yeah, Indians and Sri Lankans are quite simillar.
You know, I don't know what racial group I fall into
I would be technically Asian, but I'm from Sri Lanka (tiny little country underneath India). Typically though, an "Asian" refers to...
Any of you guys seen the ads for the Astra SRi 5-door? Its got a NA 2.2L DI 4 banger with 110kW @ 5600rpm and 210Nm @ 4000rpm (with PULP). $29 990 for the 6-speed manual.
It came out of nowhere....
Sexeh.
Apparently, something simillar to the SS-V is coming towards the UK under the VXR8 nameplate...
Perhaps just before/after the financial year?

Probably because of the older design.
Very nice chop!
Its been around since the 03 Vectra.
You've got me there. ;)
GM use a universal system for such things to allow easy left/right hand drive conversions. Its called UNIBUS or CAMBUS or something like that.
Ground Pounder you say?
Sounds like hardcore sex move :p
I found an 03 CDXi with 27 000kms for roughly that price. I'd hit it.
Heh, I think your mum needs a VE Slick :p
Sadly, I don't think MMAL is in a position of choice in this matter. :(
At least they're giving it a go, unlike some OTHER Japanese brand we know. $70K for an appliance? No thanks.
If Holden does for down the FI path, it will be when the interest in the VE has subdued. That won't be anytime awfully soon.
Like the Captiva, the Epica is a new car, not just a rebadged Daewoo.
Like Slick suggested, I think the Mondeo will possibly become Holden's Vectra. Because of its somewhat premium pricing, it...
