This is a US-spec model - new headlights, leather-covered dash, rear bumperettes, 90 kg more weight due to US safety regulations.

    Starting price: $55,195.

    Excellent as always, Revo!
Among those extra 200 pounds are standard A/C and radio, with the remaining weight down to NHTSA's meddling.

From the back it almost reminds me of the Hyundai Veloster I recently rented.

    You rented a Veloster?

Was it as rubbish as they say it is?

It was a car, so in that sense it fulfilled his purpose.
The steering, gearbox, and engine were pretty poor, but I was in Oklahoma, so I didn't have much opportunity to use any of those things, anyways.

I had to check over the rear of Veloster because of this. And I still fail to see the connection between the two.

Are front plates mandatory in USA? Some of the press photos show proper rear plates but none in front.

For 55 grand that's not so bad... although that's more than a Corvette already.

That being said, if you're dead set at getting a Corvette you might be too stupid to even know that Alfa exists.

Boy oh boy that 8C is pretty.

Front plates are necessary in some states.

    4C Coupé Competizione 2018

The “Competizione” is available in matte Vesuvio Grey, combined with an exclusive livery designed especially for this configuration. As well as the body shell, additional carbon details can be seen on the roof, rear spoiler, mirror caps, side air vents and headlight moulding. A body-colour front bumper with air vent, dark-finish five-spoke wheels with red brake callipers, 18-inch at the front and 19-inch at the back, and the Akrapovič titanium central tailpipe with dual mode and carbon trim complete the look. The racing mood continues inside the cockpit with leather and microfiber seats with red stitching, a racing steering wheel, a numbered badge on the central tunnel, denoting the limited series of just 108 cars, and an aluminium “Competizione” plaque on the dashboard.
