About Sharon Stone in Casino: just remember Joe Pesci when he is talking to her trying to explain what's going on, and then he suddenly realized she not gonna understand one single word. Brilliant.

Not oìa fan of her, still going for the 355. And if the 360 is really comparable to Megan Fox...good luck with that.

The significance of the 355 is that it put an end to those damn side slats which were on the TR and 348. The 355 looked so much better than the 348 in every way.

The 360 made that same leap over the 355 IMO although I didn't like the 360 initially.

I like the 355 these days two ways....yellow/black interior Spider or Rosso Barchetta/tan interior Barchetta.

The 458 is making the same leap over the 430 too IMO...although I will always love the 430 Scud...sadly it already looks aged next to 458. But you have to remember the base shape of the 430 is the 360 which has been around for a very long time.

Cam, I admire the way you think. You can still have the car though. I've said it many times, and I'll say it again. "Its not what you make, its what you save." If you want it badly enough, then one day you'll have it.

The other thing is I may well be 90% as happy with a C5 or C6 Corvette and that's a much more reasonable proposition. Then again, maybe I'll live in a trailer and roll in an F355 (not actually) - I recall the motivational poster of the Viper parked in the trailer's driveway - something like someone with right priorities.

After a quick snoop on the internet, I found quite a few 355s ranging anywhere between $50K - $70K USD. Lets say you go to buy your first nice car in 5 years or more, by then you'll probably be able to find a nicely cared for example of one for $40K. That doesn't sound too unreasonable. Between that and the Corvette, its whatever is going to make you smile more at the end of the day. But I say both are reasonable, aside from maybe ownership costs of the 355, but that's why Ferrari ownership is unique. Not everybody wants to put themselves through it.

As for the 458, I honestly like it a lot. The front quarter shot reminds somewhat of the swooping lines of the Dino and, to a slightly less extent, the 308/328.

The car looked at bit silly at first, but the more I look at it, the more I go "this actually makes sense."

It's all about priorities, yes. I do applaud you for not crying over what you don't have, but being happy with what you have. But I don't want to repeat the chorus.

I think its funny how you all consider the 360 modena and the f430 better looking than this car. Yet, it was the same story when those models came out. All those frog eyed comments about the modena, bla bla bla. itll be the same story here.

I personally like it, my only problem with the design aree those tail pipes. no problem with them being three and in the middle, they are just too prominent. your eye cant help but only look at that when you see the rear of the car. could have been done more tastfully, in a more discreet way.

But its a ferrari, its art. you cant complain about how it looks, you accept it.... or modify it aftermarket

once I gain I think we should just wait for the real deal.
this images are just too photoshopped to judged on the details.
just look at the headlight cleaners (don't know the right word, see here: File:RX350headlampwashers.jpg - Wikipedia), they are almost deleted.
