    Rare W196 request

Maybe anyone has any pictures of this rare modification of W196? I suppose that since the model cars producer could build it, then it had something as an example - maybe the photographs, or at leats paintings? If someone has something, share please or give a link.

    'Mercedes-Benz W196C 1955 Monza test, Stirling Moss'
    car models - model cars - 1/43 - BRUMM - MERCEDES - W196C N 20 TEST MONZA 1955 STIRLING MOSS

Another website tells it was 'tested by Hans Stuck in various streamliner versions at Monza 1955'.

I have looked through the 50-odd shots that they have of the W196 on the Daimler Archive site, but there is no sign of this version.
If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.

A couple of days ago I've posted this question at Nostalgia Forums. The answer I've got stated that this car was indeed tested in Monza in August '55. The picture of an actual car can be found in Michael Riedner's book ('Mercedes-Benz W196: Last of the Silver Arrows') on page 144. Well, I don't have a book, but for some of you this information may be interesting, I guess.
Good news that the car was real, and not just Brumm's imagination .

Brumm is usually a good producer, so I thought it was difficult the "created" a new model when I opened the thread.
If you find pics or info share them plz!

    and stick around more

EDIT: short search, Brumm is not that good producer I thought
